Ingredients
4 Salmon filet (about 1/2 inch thick) skin removed.
1/4 cup white wine (semi-sweet)
3 T Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup water
Preparation
Pour wine, water, lemon juice in skillet large enough to hold the 4 salmon filets. Liquid should cover filets when added.
Turn burner to medium-medium high heat.
Once at a simmer add fittest and cover.
Cook about 7 min or until flakes with fork
