Ingredients
¾ c vermouth
2 tb dill flakes
1 Tb minced garlic
1 lemon juice
2# salmon fillets
Preparation
Put everything in a pan: ¾ c vermouth, 2 tb dill flakes, 1 Tb minced garlic and 1 lemon juice. Add 2# salmon fillets. Cook 6-8 minutes.
