Champagne 1 bot

Orange Juice 1/2 gal

Preparation

+Peel and core pears, leaving stems intact. +Cut a thin slice from bottom of each pear, forming a base for pears to stand. +Place Pears upright, and pour champagne and orange juice over pears. +Add cinnamon stick,Mint and whole cloves. +Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. +Mix Raspberry,corn str, 2tb sugar and water in a pan…Reduce buy 2/3 and strain in china cap. +serve with pear +Serve pears warm.
