1 cup White Sugar.

3 tbsp. Vanilla extract.

24 fl.oz Four Monks white cooking wine.

3 oz honey.

Preparation

simme in poaching liquid for 20-30 minutes until soft but not mushy. Chill immediately. Save 52 fl.oz of leftover liquid for Riesling Vinaigrette dressing.
