Ingredients

bread roll

1 tbsp red pesto

1 tbsp mayonnaise

baby salad

red pepper

bacon

egg

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix pesto with mayonnaise in a small cup. You can toast the bread roll if you like (I did as I like when it’s crispy). Spread a spoon of the mayo mixture on each side of the bread roll. On one side place baby salad, piece of a capsicum, fried bacon and a poached egg. Season for a taste.
