Ingredients

1 lb fruit

3 T liquer (Triple Sec, brandy, etc)

3 T melted butter

3/4 c sugar

4 eggs

1/3 c flour

pinch salt

1 1/3 c milk

1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Half or quarter plums and pit. Toss with liquer and marinate 30 minutes.

Butter an 8 or 9 inch skillet or bake pan with butter and sprinkle with 2 T of the sugar.

Place fruit in on layer close together. Add any liquer left over.

Beat together eggs and remaining sugar.

Add flour, salt, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. Pour mixture over fruit.

Bake 15 minutes and then lower heat to 375F and bake for 15 or 20 minutes longer or until slightly puffed and a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve warm.
