Plum Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 cp sugar

3 eggs (1 at a time)

1 cup oil

2 jars plum baby food (4 1/2 oz)

Blend these well and slowly add the baby food

2cup self-rising flour

1 tsp cloves

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup pecans

GLAZE FOR PLUM CAKE

Juice from one lemon

1 cup confectioners sugar

Mix all ingredients well and bake one hour at 350degrees in a well greased tube pan.

        GLAZE

Mix well. and pour over cake while it’s still hot
