Ingredients
2 qts. cooked potatoes
1 1/2 c. celery
6 cooked eggs, chopped
2/3 c. radish slices
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. mayo
2 tbsp mustard
Preparation
Combine all indredients and refrigerate at least a few hours, best if overnight
