Ingredients
2 4-6 oz. salmon steaks, about 3/4 - 1 inch thick
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. light brown sugar
generous pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
Preparation
Place salmon, skin side down, on grilling plank. Mix together oil, brown sugar, pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme. Spread mixture over salmon. Place plank over medium grill and close top. Allow to grill for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with roasted vegetables (red peppers, zucchini, carrots or any combination you prefer.
