Ingredients

4 large pork chops(with bone in)

7 small sliced potatoes

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can of cream of celery soup

1 to 2 onions, sliced (I use Vidalia Sweet Onions)

1 small can evaporated milk

1/2 water

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Brown pork chops(drain); grease baking dish and layer potatoes first then mix soups, milk and seasoning put on top of potatoes. Place pork chops then put cheese on top. Cover and bake @450 for 1 hour. Uncovered for the last 20 minutes
