Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 c. slice mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut in strips
28 oz. tomatoes
1 c. beef broth
1 c. sliced pepperoni
1 t. dried basil
shredded mozzarella
Preparation
In large saucepan, cook beef, onion, mushrooms and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are almost tender. Stir in tomatoes, broth, pepperoni and basil. Cook until heated through. Ladle into ovenproof bowls; top with cheese. Broil or microwave until cheese melts and is bubbly.
