Ingredients

8 oz can tomato sauce

1/3 small can tomato paste

1/3 cup red wine

4 tsp. basil

1 clove garlic garlic

1 small chopped onion

1/8 tsp. pepper

sprinkle of red pepper flakes to taste

1/2 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. parsley

1 inch anchovy paste

2 tablespoons grated cheese

1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Sautee onion and garlic in oil. Mix rest of ingredients and simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
