Ingredients
lard
1 dozen eggs
Abruzzesi hard sausage
1 lb mozzarella
1/2 lb formagiette
Preparation
Line a 9"x13" pan with soft lard or leaf lard. Make thin pie dough and line bottom and sides. Make 1 dozen hard-boiled eggs. Cut them in halves. Get 2 lbs. suppresade salami and cut in large chunks after removing skin. Get 1 long string of dried, hard sausage (“Abruzzesi” is best.) Cut in chunks after removing skin. Get 1 lb. mozzarelle and 1/2 lb. formaggiette, cut in chunks. Set all aside.
