Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup warm water
Preparation
In a small bowl disolve the honey and yeast in 1/4 cup of the warm water.
In a mixer add the remaining dry ingredients and the honey/yeast/water. With mixer running slowly add the remaining water. Knead with machine for 5 or 6 minutes. Turn the dough out on a clean surface and knead for 2 minutes. Cover dough with a clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes. Refrigerate dough until ready for use
