Ingredients

3 c. flour

1 c. water

1 t. salt

1 pkg. yeast

1 1/2 t. honey

1 T. olive oil

Preparation

Warm 1/4 c. water(not over 110), add honey and yeast. Let proof 10 min. Put flour and salt in food processor. With machine running, add yeast, 3/4 c. water and olive oil. Add more water until dough just comes together. Knead into a smooth ball. Let rest about 1 hr. Preheat stone in oven to 500 degrees. Divide dough, roll out on pizza paddle, add desired toppings and bake 5-8 min.
