Ingredients
4 C. flour
1 t. salt
1 1/2 C. warm water
1 package yeast (dissolved in 1/4 C. of warm water)
Preparation
Combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add dissolved yeast. Blend by rubbing between palms until mealy. Make a well in center again. Add warm water. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Knead until smooth. Place dough in greased bowl and cover. Let rise 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Punch down. Spread in greased 12"-16" pizza pan. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. FREEZES WELL
