Ingredients
1 cup warm water (105F-115F)
tbsp sugar
pkg yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
Tbsp Kosher salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation
combine water sugar yeast and let proof until foamy… 5 min
mix flours salt in large bowl
add oil to yeast then add that to flour mix
knead 10 minutes
place in oiled bowl, turn to coat, cover with plastic wrap let rise about 2 hours
punch down and divide into 4 balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rise again
