Ingredients
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1t. sugar
1 t. salt
3 T. oil
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour
Preparation
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl add sugar, salt, and oil. Add 2 cups of flour and beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface (5 minutes) Place in greased bowl. Turn greased side up. Cover. Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
