Ingredients

2 tablespoons shortening

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 pack yeast

1/4 cup lukewarm water

2 cups flour

Preparation

1 Add together in a large bowl, stir, cool 2 Sprinkle yeast over water (must be 105-110 degrees) and stir 3 Stir this yeast into the first mixture 4 Add one cup flour and beat until smooth 5 Stir in second cup of flour 6 Knead 5-8 minutes 7 Let rise 8 Place in 12 inch round pan 9 Spread with oil

Bake at 424 degrees for 25 minutes
