Ingredients
1 packet dry -active yeast
1 tbls salt
1 1/2 tbls honey
1 tbls olive oil
1 1/2 cup warm water
3-3 1/2 C flour
Preparation
mix yeast, water, honey, salt, and let stand 5 mintues until foamy mix in flour and form dough knead dough for 8-10 minutes brush top of dough with oil so skin does not form let dough rest covered in bowl for 1 hour in warm area punch dough down and knead 1-2 minutes cut dough in half, let rest for 15 minutes work dough into shape top and cook
