Ingredients

2 tablespoons shortening

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 pack yeast

1/4 cup lukewarm water

2 cups flour

Preparation

Add first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl, stir, cool

Sprinkle yeast over water (must be l05-110 degrees) and stir

Stir the yeast into the first mixture

Add one cup flour and beat until smooth

Stir in second cup of flour

Knead 5-8 minutes

Let rise until doubled

Place in 12 inch round pan

Spread with oil, sauce cheese, and spices

Bake 425 degree oven for 20 minutes
