Ingredients
4 c bread flour
2.25 tsp instant yeast
1.5 tsp salt
2 Tbl EVOO
1.5 c warm water
Preparation
Pulse flour, yeast, salt in food process
While pulsing add oil and water till rough ball form. About 30 sec. the dough should not be sticking to the blade.
Let dough rise covered with plastic wrap till double in size about 1.5 hours.
preheat oven to 500 deg.
Divide dough in 2 peices and roll out into 14 inch discs. Top and bake for about 10 min.
