Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil
2 T Sugar
1 t salt
1 1/4 c warm water (just slight over this amount)
3 c Flour
1 1/4 t bakers yeast
Preparation
Put first 4 ingredients in Kitchen Aid Mixer (use dough hook) mix gently. Slowly add Flour, when all mixed add yeast in the well of the flour. Mix for 5 min on low until the mixture slowly falls off the side of the bowl.
Put in a bag and refrigerate, loosen bag so dough can rise in fridge. Can be left for 2 days. If using right away let rise for at least an hour.
