Ingredients
1 pkg Yeast
1/4 cup Warm Water
3/4 cup Warm Water
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Flour
Corn Meal
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°
Mix 1 package yeast with 1/4 cup warm water, let stand 5 minutes
Mix together 3/4 cup warm water, honey, olive oil, salt
Add to yeast mixture, then stir in flour
Knead dough for about 10 minutes, set aside in oiled bowl.
Let rest for 30 minutes or refrigerate until ready to use
Press or roll out, place in pan with sprinkle of corn meal to prevent sticking
Top with sauce and toppings, bake about 10 minutes
