Ingredients
1 env. yeast
1 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
oil
Preparation
Sprinkle yeast over water and dissolve. Stir in 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar and salt. Add egg and 1 tbsp oil. Stir til smooth and glossy. Stir in 2 c. flour. Knead 10 min. Place in greased bowl and turn. Let rise 1 hr. in warm place with towel over the top of bowl. Spread in 1 large jello roll pan or two smaller pizza pans
