Ingredients

1 package yeast (or one tablespoon)

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 3/4 - 3 1/4 cups flour

Preparation

Knead a few minutes. Let rise 15 - 45 minutes. Punch down. Roll out and place in pans. Can let rise a few more minutes if crust not thick enough.
