Ingredients

2 1/4 cups bread, or all-purpose flour.

1 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1/8 cup olive oil

3/4 cups water, ice cold

Semolina flour OR cornmeal for dusting

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and kneed in a mixer with a hook attachment or by hand.

Cover and let it rest for a few hours in a warm place.

Heat the oven as hot as possible,If you do not have a baking stone, you can use the back of a sheet pan, but do not preheat the pan.

Generously dust a peel or the back of a sheet pan with semolina flour or cornmeal.

Cook Pizzas over the semolina for 5-8 minuts
