Ingredients
5-6 large leaves kale, swiss chard or mustard greens, tough stems removed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 whole grain pita
dash garlic powder
2 thin slices red onion
sliced tomato
low sodium mustard, as desired
Preparation
Steam the greens until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic powder.
Stuff whole grain pita with greens, red onion and tomato. Add mustard if desired.
