Ingredients

1/2 red bell pepper

4 oz. cooked ground beef, or 1 soy burger patty

2 eggs, beaten

2 tsp basil, coarsely chopped

Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

1 large pita, cut in half

Preparation

Soften the bell pepper in a small frying pan with water. Add the ground beef or soy burger and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and basil and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are done. Add hot sauce to taste and fill the pita halves.
