Ingredients

1 package pita wraps,

6 ounce jar of commercial pesto

10 ounce jar of roasted red peppers,drained and sliced

1 large sweet onion-sliced in thin rings and suteed over low hear for about 20 minutes until tender and sweet

1 container of prepared pizza sauce(such as boboli brand)

1 8 ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400

  1. Arrange pita on heavy duty cookie sheets
  2. Spread pesto on each pizza evenly
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over each pizza
  4. Next-arrange red pepper over pizza
  5. Make about 6 small mounds of onion on each pizza
  6. Dollop pizza sauce by teaspoons randomly on each pizza
  7. Bake about 5-10 minutes.Watch closely for desired doneness
