Ingredients
Pita Bread, 3 rounds
3 T EVOO
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
Preparation
Split rounds into six circles then slice into bite size pieces. In a bowl, stir together other ingredients. Brush mixture lightly over rough surfaces of pita strips.
Arrange strips wet side up on baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
