Ingredients

4 lbs. Top Sirloin

cut across the grain

1/8 inch thick 2 yellow onions

sliced thin 1 red bell pepper

julienned 1 yellow bell pepper

julienned 1 jalapeno pepper

diced Dash of ground cummin Seasonings to taste Marinade 1/3 cup oil 1 cup lime juice 4 cloves garlic

minced 1/3 cup Worchester Sauce Season to taste

Preparation

Marinate meat for 4-8 hours Grill on flat top or skillet till rare, about 3-5 minutes. Addonions, peppers, cook until tender. Serve with warm tortillas, and your choice of condiments of salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese and fresh chopped cilantro.
