Ingredients
20 medium mushrooms - stems finely chopped
3 tblsp minced onion
1/2 c butter
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 c roasted, salted pistachios - finely chopped
2 tblsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Saute stems and onion in 1/4 c butter until tender. Add crumbs, pistachios, parsley, marjoram and salt. Mix well. Stuff mushroom caps. Drizzle with remaining melted butter.
Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes.
