Ingredients
Roast a whole chicken and cube 2 cups of white meat from that chicken when cooled.
1/4 cup salted pistachio nuts (shelled)
12 whole olives with pimento.
teaspoon of capers
3 tablespoons of real mayonaise
2 or 3 slices of bread and butter pickles.
2 tablespoons of rice wine.
2 or 3 shakes of tabasco or as desired.
Preparation
place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth…or the consistency of pate. Spread on your favorite crackers or toast points and top with either a couple of pistachio nuts, or some bacon bits. Delicious!
