Ingredients

1/2 of finely chopped clove garlic

100 grs of cream cheese

200 grs of goat cheese

2 tablespoons of sour cream

3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh chives

300 grs of pistachios finely chopped

salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients on a food processor, put some whole pistachio nuts on the top as decoration. Ideal with toasted pita bread or mini tostadas (you can cut pita bread or corn flour tortillas in triangles and put them at the oven until golden).
