Ingredients

 2-4 fillets or breasts

 2 tbsp white wine

 2 tbsp soy sauce

 1 tbsp fresh ginger

 2 tsp sesame seeds

 2 tbsp olive oil

 2 minced garlic cloves

 ½ cup crushed pistachios

Preparation

Marinate fillets or breasts in wine, soy sauce, ginger, ½ sesame seeds, ½ olive oil. Combine pistachios, garlic and sesame seeds. Place fillets or breasts on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops of each filet with olive oil and then top with pistachio mixture. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
