Ingredients

Ice 

2 ounces pisco 

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

1 tablespoon Quick Simple Syrup 

1 tablespoon egg white 

3 dashes Angostura bitters 

Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white and shake to combine. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with bitters and swirl with a spoon.
