Ingredients
1 lb fresh or thawed fish filets
1 cup cracker crumbs of your choice or dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp prepared mustard
½ tsp each salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix crumbs and cheese. Roll filets in crumb mix and place in a single layer in a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
