Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Large Cans Crushed Pineapple
1/2 cup Halved Maraschino Cherries
2 1/2 cup Small Marshmallows
1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
Preparation
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth
Drain pineapple
Add pineapple, cherries, marshmallows to cream cheese mixture
Beat whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar until peaks form
Put in 9 x 13" pan OR muffin cups with paper liners OR make patty portions with plastic wrap
Freeze.
If in pan, cut into portions when partially frozen, or you’ll never be able to eat it
