Ingredients

1 Bag of Mixed Spring Greens

8 Slices of Applewood Bacon, crumbled

1 Pink Grapefruit

Blue Cheese Chunks (Maytag is preferred)

Honey

White Light Vinegrette Dressing

Preparation

Drizzle Honey over each salad plate. Sprinkle 2 slices of crumbled bacon over the honey. Peel the grapefruit, and place 2 sections of broken up grapefruit over the honey and bacon. Cover with the greens, salad dressing, and blue cheese.
