Ingredients
1 pkg. white cake mix..
3 Tblsp.flour
One 3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
1/2- 10 oz pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed.
Preparation
Combine cake mix,flour and gelatin, mix well. Add water,oil, berries with juice and eggs. Beat well. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.Cool 10 minutes,remove from pans and ice. Raspberry Icing: 1/2 cup butter..one 1 lb box powdered sugar, 1/2 10oz pkg. frozen red raspberries, thawed. Mix all ingredients together, then ice cake.
