Ingredients
1 Fresh pineapple sut into bite sized chunks. 2 teaspoons whit sugar. 1 handful of fresh mint. (optional - greek or plain yohgurt)
Preparation
crush fresh mint leaves with sugar. Add to pineapple. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. This snack is best if you leave it overnight. Serve in a bowl with toothpicks or in separate dishes with yohgurt on the side.
