Ingredients

Crust: 5 c Flour, 1 c Butter,

1 c shortening, 1 c milk, 1 tsp salt

Filling: 3 cans crushed pineapple ( 1lb 4 oz drained ), 1 c sugar, 5 tbs Tapicoa

Frosting: 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, 1 -3 tbs milk ( as needed for proper spreading )

1 tsp vanilla.

Topping: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Drain pineapple & mix tapioca & sugar, let stand. Mix flour, shortening, butter,salt & milk as pie dough & roll out 1/4" thick. cover bottom & sides of cookie sheet or pan with dough and fill with pineapple mixture. Top with 2nd crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. cover with frosting mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts
