cup finely chopped fresh pineapple or 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

tablespoons orange marmalade

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeño chile

teaspoons diced pimientos

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with chips or cooked shrimp.
