Ingredients

1 can pineapple rings

2 cups mozzarella cheese

2 cups tomato sauce

1 ball pizza dough

2 tbsp corn meal

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

spread corn meal on the pizza peel, and then spread out the pizza dough into a “pizza” shape. Add tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and add pineapple.

Then, drizzle the edge of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle salt on the edges.

Bake/grill for about 6 minutes.
