Ingredients
2 8 ounce packages of Philadelphia Cream cheese softened.
1 16 ounce can of crushed pineapple (reserve the liquid)
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/3 cup bell pepper
1/3 cup onion
1/2 cup walnuts
Preparation
Take walnuts and chop in food processor. Remove and set aside. Place bell pepper and onion in processor until finely chopped. Place pineapple in processor and chop until finely chopped. Add 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Put softened cream cheese in processor with bell pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1/2 the mixture of chopped walnuts. Blend thoroughly. Remove and shape into a ball put remainder of walnuts on top of ball. Refridgerate 1 hour until chilled.
