Ingredients

1/2 lb. sifted flour

3 good sized eggs

1 Cup Milk

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients until batter is smooth and free from lumps
  2. Bake in a well buttered frying pan. Cakes should be about 8 inches in diameter. As soon as brown on one side turn.
  3. When cooked on both sides remove to a hot serving dish and sprinkle with sweetened pineapple.
  4. Bake the remainder of batter in the same way, piling in layers with the pineapple between the cakes.
  5. Cut in triangular pieces like pie and serve very hot.
