Ingredients

2 Cans drained pineapple chucks

3/4 cup sugar

6 Tbsp flour

1 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 sleeve crushed ritz crackers

6 Tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°F Place drained pineapple into glass baking dish. Mix sugar and flour. Pour over pineapple. cover with cheese cover with crushed crackers drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 40 minutes
