Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

3 boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 green & red pepper

1 can pineapple chunks & juice

3/4 cup teriyaki sauce

hot cooked rice

Preparation

  1. heat oil in skillet, add chicken and peppers
  2. drain pineapple, combine reserved juice & teriyaki sauce
  3. add pineapple and sauce mixture to skillet
