pineapple juice
corn starch
Preparation
Put a little oil and onion salt in a pan and cook until brown, add 2 cups of water and one can of pineapple juice, add chicken pieces, cook until tender. add 1 cup of soy sauce, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, onions, cook until bell peppers and onions are soft. In a separate measuring cup add 3 tablespoons of corn starch and add water until smooth. Once smooth start adding to the pineapple chicken to thicken up the sauce, add until desired thickness.
